regulation 0.3: Fryer regulations are as follows. A commercial 3 phased power fryer is preferable for industrial applications (marae). Baskets and racks are not neccesary for those issued with the regulation slotted scoop.
For domestic applications a bench deep fryer is suitable, as is a heavy based pot with a 4 bread limit and adheres to the 1:2 lard to dough ratio. A Friar is not a Fryer, he's a priest who likes to eat fried bread.

(name withheld) ill stick to canola oil:)
Like · Reply · September 18 at 3:59pm
Aue Tuhoe Did you know that Canola oil is only actually its "brand" name. The name of the plant that the seeds that the oil is extracted from is called Rape. The original name for Canola is Rape Seed Oil. Canada is the biggest grower of Rape, therefore the name "Canola" come from Canada and Oil, not to mention the massive mono-cultural industry around Rape. It does have a high smoking point which makes it a good option for frying.

regulation 1.3 Fried bread should be well drained of lard, ideally the optimal temperature of bread should be not too hot that it scalds your mouth, but still warm enough to melt the regulation butter (refer to regulation 2.1).
